The above mentioned company is a Cyber Cafe based at Main rd, Jai Bhawani road, Partur, Jalna, Maharashtra, where i went to fill up the form of Intelligence Bureau recruitment. The owner Mr. Niteenkumar Shinde did not inform me about the charges before. On the successful completion & submission of the form he charged me 200 Rs. that includes 100 of online payment & 100 as other charges for just filling the form. As there were no list of charges mentioned anywhere in the shop. On asking for this extra charges the reaction was “We charge the same amount to all the customers & you should ask about the charges before, that is your mistake.” Thereafter on asking for Bill, he provided me a normal piece of paper with a rubber stamp.
The reason i am writing is not for the 100 rs he charged me extra but this is the routine behavior with all the customers & mostly with the students who are not aware about all this frauds.
Secondly, on talking about the Consumer Forum, he said ” do whatever u want.”
I think the strict action on this part will not just realize about his deeds but will be a lesson for all the shopkeepers in that area who behave in the same way.
