Invalid balance deduction everyday

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

Dear Sir,

My name is Sohel Syed, I have been using TATA Docomo Service from quite a long time, Since past couple of weeks on daily basis 5 Rs are getting deducted from my account, I registered the complaint against this invalid deduction to Tata Docomo and they informed me that there was some kind of service activated for my account, but I never activated such service from my end and never requested them to do so, and they were also agreed with this point and they informed me that the service has deactivated and also they had refund the lost money in my account, but then also the issue is still happening and 5 Rs on daily basis is continuously getting deducted from my account, I againt complaint them and faced the same reply as stated above.

Everytime when i complained about the issue their representative called me and informed me that they will deactivate the unwanted service but its still alive and eating my money.

I have almost 8-9 times registered the complaint againt the issue but in vain.

These deductions are invalid and illegal too, I have all the evidences, email copies etc.

Would request you to take a strong decision against TATA Docomo for such fraud.
