Intrest loan on home loan

Location/place: Thane

I m Home loan taker of axis bank.When i apply for home loan at that time bank offer me intrest rate 10.5%. My home loan sanction by bank as intrest rate 10.5%, bank also give me that confirmation by SMS.But actual intrest given by bank is 10.75%.
Even though their is no change in base rate of bank.
