Internet Not working from past 7 days

Sir
I am a subscriber of reliance broadband My subscriber id is 275383359201.My internet connection stopped working from 5th October 2014 and whenever i call them they give me a complaint id and promises me to wait 24 hours for the problem to get resolved so now all i am waiting for the problem to get resolved from that day on wards and today is 11 October 2014 the problem still persists they are indirectly refusing to provide customer service and made me wait for another 5 days more.What should I do Sir.

    I haven’t got any call from anyone besides a lady asking me “whether the technical team contacted me or not.” to which i said nobody contacted me that’s all the problem still persists 12th October 2014 6:22 Pm. How much do i have to wait.

    Its still not resolved only the server issue is resolved and i am still unable to connect they say its a rental issue, is this a joke they said its resolved over phone and when i tried to connect is still the same.and today is 21/10/2014 and problem still persists.

    forwarded termination request without my confirmation i was only speaking about termination only and the problem still persists date 23-10-2014
    worst service ever but i will get my service because i am a very stubborn customer.

    24-10-2014 Problem still persists after 19 days of disconnection the customer care still says the same “we will resolve your problem as earliest as possible.”
    Very disappointing………
