internet not working

I am siva living in Chennai. Date (7.7.2014) on wards internet is not working i waited for one day that is (8.7.2014).on(9.7.2014) i compliant customer care my compliant number is CNM10001373663. still now internet is not working please solve my issue as soon as possible
