Internet Speed issue

hello,
i am using tata docomo broadband, i currently updated my internet pack to “”4 Mbps FUP plan 20GB@1025” (4 mbps download speed and 512 kbps upload speed), but i am getting speed not more than 2.15 mbps download and 15kbps upload speed.
I have raised complaint number 421626755 on 4th july, and number 421626755 on 26th,29th july.
till date my complaint is not getting resolved. i am still facing issue that i am not getting speed more than 2 mbps. Even after repeated calls and followups still my complaint is not resolved yet,instead of it my complaint is getting closed without informing or resolving issue.
no of tata docomo engineer tried to resolve my complaint, all time they are just visiting home taking screenshot of speed and going back.
please help to get my complaint resolved.

    event after repeated mails, raised complaint again with complaint number 423701645 on 14 July 2014, and without solving this issue status of complaint is not resolved and closed.
    i hope this issue will be resolved soon, or i need to discontinue the use of service.

  5. thanks for taking my complain to next level,
    can i know how much time still its going to take to resolve my complaint, i raised this complaint initially on 26th June. Now its month’s time past away and still my complaint is not resolve.
    also please let me know how my bill for last month (July), as for complete month i am facing issue.

    is is expected that for every time, we raise complaint we need to repetitively follow up to get complaint resolved?
    I had my inter net issue from 26th jun to 2nd Aug, its got resolved after so may follow ups and repeated mail.
    though i had issue for entire month my bill was not adjusted, you are asking me to pay full amount of bill, for what? why i need to pay when i had issue with your service?
    i raised complaint for same on 3rd of August (complaint number 427015247) , and till date this is not resolved yet.
    i think people need to think while taking service from trusted bran like TATA.
    can i know what kind of serve Tata is giving and when can i get complete resolution for my complaint?
