Hello,

I’m using MTNL Triband service from last 1 month. I complained to many times to fix my internet speed issue. My internet download speed is very slow. In the PLAN it is mentioned that, The user will get a plan of speed 512Kbps. But the actual download speed is not more than 50Kbps. I complained so many times to the customer care, But got no response, Sometimes they just hang my call. At last i visited the MTNL office in Hauz khas, And i tell a MTNL officer that my speed is slow according to my plan. The officer didn’t even looked at me. Just said, This is the actual speed, We cannot increase this. So it is my warm request to take a action against it.
