INTERNET SERVICE PROBLEM OF RELIANCE BROADBAND – ID-351231221032

Dear sir,

We using the Internet service of Reliance broadband last few months. But from the last month the internet not working properly and we complaint for this problem again and again via customer call of Reliance Customer care Center and via Broadband store at Shivranji – Ahmedabad. But still not any of reliance executive / technician visits the premise to check the problem nor service working proper.

Customer Id for the Reliance Broadband is 351231221032

Please look in to this matter as soon as possible and revert me the status of the complaint.
