Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Networks
I had put in a disconnection request to Tikona Digital Networks months back owing to their bad service. They formally lodged my disconnection request date as 16th June. However I received a bill even after that which I paid to settle the final payment. But I still have been receiving bills even after that and my service has not been discontinued. I keep calling their customer care and even have approached their appellate authority but to no avail.
Hence I am lodging a complaint against them to resolve this issue and to highlight their poor customer service.
