Sir,
I took airtel broadband connection, there was no proper networking and services provided by the company to me, on june 8th 2012 i requested the company to close my account through e mail. But then also they didnt terminated my account, the bill/internet fee so generated after that period was added to my account besides no usage of data as i myself was not using that account after that mailing.Now the company is giving me threatening calls regarding legal matter to collect that amount from me.I request you to please safeguard my interest.
