Internet Plan was Misold

The Company Airtel, Misold me a product saying that i can upgrade my present plan which was in 512kbps can be upgraded to 2Mbps for just Rs.100. As per the Customer Service Representative info provided to me it was mentioned that upto 10GB it would be 2Mbps after which the speed would reduce to 256Kbps. Which was not the case they had totally billed me for 26GB at the same speed of 2Mbps for the amt of Rs5200.which was a total shock for me now they are calling me & threatning me to Take me to Court
