sir i activated a idea internet plan of rupees 98 in mob no-9506119795 i got 2gb for 21 days but its not working from first day of activation i had compltion many of time in idea customer care centre but i could not get any effective responce ,one of customer care excutive suggest my to replace sim card from nearst idea office and give 25 rs more after that i could,t get any change in my connection , and now idea customer care are not ready to listen any complain from my side so what we have to do now …..
Plz sir/madam take an appropriate action against it shortly.
