Internet not working from the of installation

i had my internet connection on 25th july 2009 . but from the same day it is not working . despite my repeated complaints to senior officer nobody came to attend my complaint . i hope some action will be taken to my complaint . my phone no is 26443816. my complaint no is 48633 (registered online). 40201283 ( registerd at 1504 )
