I am using Reliance Broadband Service and my ID is 357358541552. From 28th March 2016 my internet is not working. I complainted on Reliance Broadband Customer Care and also on Higher Authorities (18602002011) but complaints gets closed within 24hrs without resolving the issue or without confirming the status. As a result, I have to register a new complaint every day but no proper resolution is provided. List given below are the complaint numbers date wise :

If by chance Broadband starts working, it remains only for 30 minutes, then again lost.
No call verification, no technician visit from Company Side to see the issue. Worst experience ever. I am really frustrated by the services.
So, I want to register a complaint against Reliance Broadband for irresponsibility and not providing any proper solution to Customer.
