internet n modem problem

No action have been taken
27/4/2013 again a new complain no given 7279 without aproving old complaint.No action till now
Today on 30/4/2013 person came at home no improvement in internet
That person is now taking old n new modem back .. But still now m is not having internet

ACTION HAS TO BE TAKEN AGAINTS MTNL OR OUR AREA MTNL .. I M IN PROBLEM WITH NO INTERNET FROM 10 DAYS
