<p><b>Location/place</b>: Palghar</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Vodafone</p>I am Chirag Jain, a Vodafone user, mobile number 8087382829. Since yesterday (30/05/13) I am facing lots of problem due to Vodafone. Internet for the entire day wasn’t working. And on top of it customer care service is WORST. They just said that the problem will be solved in few hours and the entire day the problem wasnt solved.
And the worst part is that we cant call customer care more than 3 times. I dnt know whats the logic behind just 3 calls.
Somehow by night the internet was working again. But still i wasnt able to use whats app, hike, m-indicator and few other apps. I again called vodafone today (31/05/13) and as they said, I had uninstalled all the apps and tired to download them from play store….
But due to worst nerwork of Vodafone, playstore didnt opened…
I somehow downloaded the apps through wi-fi, but all in vain still the same problem is faced by me…
Whenever I tired to use whats app or hike or any app, a pop up window opens ” Unable to connect to Internet due to network problem”. And to add fuel to the fire, whenever I call customer care, they just say ” We are unable to proceed your request, Sorry”.
I m feeling sick of Vodafone. If nothing happen in next 2 days, MNP is the onli solution which will be within my reach.
Please solve my internet issue.
