Hello sir…. My name is Keval Jain and I m from Mumbai…
My complain is my net is not working since 3 days….
I Called to customer care…
1st time I called a boy picked up and disconnected….
2nd time I called a girl said like switched your network to Vodafone…
3rd time I called a girl who pick up my phone she has transfered my call to senior executive his name is Rahul… he said your problem will b solve in 24 hours.
then to my problem has been not solved…
I called to customer care today…
again my call transfered to senior executive his name is Nilesh and he said your problem will be solve in 42 hours and suddenly he disconnect my call
I again called to customer care …
n again my call transfered to senior executive his name is shailesh and he also said to me same things and I want to say smthng else bt he too disconnected my call…..
please take a action on them… if they could not solve our problem then why they are working over there as a senior executive…..
please help me……
