This is becoming typical of Tata Docomo. They promise big, like most/all internet service providers, only afterwards to screw you. All consumers have no protection because all Govts. have run away from their duty of framing stringent consumer protection laws and to be taken to task if they make consumers suffer. This needs an all India demonstration against the Internet services providers, otherwise this blatant behaviour shall endlessly continue.
