I raised a request for shifting and internet connectivity before you telecom services on 3rd July. Customer executive told me the same can be done within 7 days. After having several follow up with the company a person came for collection on 14th July gave the reciept named Shaik and told me you will get the connection tomorrow. Since 3rd July, I have been been calling the customer care centre on regular basis. I have paid 562 for shifting charge, 435 for one month internet charge apart form that my telephon bill of Rs. 300 towards the follow up the matter. I request you kindly ask the company to refund all such amount within 10 days.
