Internet connection repeated disconnected inspite of payment done till 30.06.2015

My mts number is 8647951542. The service is pathetic and very slow. Since the last 10 days my internet connection was deactivated without any intimation hampering my assignments. Every time i used to call the poor and very decent custtomer care executives used to give me complaint number and a tat of 14 working hours which means 2 working days. My payment is till 30. 6. 2015 but still my internet has been deactivated without informing me resulting to delay in my assignments, financial loss and mental harrasment.
