Internet connection not connected and i am reciving the Bills

Name of company/service: Reliance broad band RCOM

I had applied for brod band connection from relieance approx two month back but after so many reminders to them, they coudl not connect teh connection and ai asked them to revers my connection fee deposited at the time of application thru cheque,

after that they started to call me that we are sorry for delay and you pleae get the connection installed i clearly refused. and i got confirmation on mail that your request for not to conteneu with the servcies has been processed,
but i am getting the bills and remionders thru mail and on phone as well to pay the bill ASAP.

Please take and appropriate action against this company.
