Have taken tikona connection for my internet services.from the day of installation,my internet is not working properly but when i tried to reach out to them it was a waste of time as their call center is always busy my renewal date was 15th june’19 but i got connected to them on 17th june after many efforts.When asked for disconnection they replied by giving offers and i told am not interested plz disconnect then they are telling charges is that i have to pay for next 3 months as bill is generated and i told them i will pay for 4 days but they don’t agree to it and say to pay for 3 months.
hoping that someone can help me in this…writing this in this forum…
