I have an internet broadband connection of asianet (kerala) ,In a month many times the connection lost and we call support center , the reply as that would be resolve with in 1 hour now three days left , i dont get connection yet , i call them many times.In rainy season there would be no connection — they reply as “there is a problem in line ” it will resolve with in few hours , and it will take not few hours , takes few days to resolve. i am working in software field and i need internet connection every time .so I take their high speed plan 4mps but its disconnecting every time,and take long time to resolve , thats make lot of money lose to me. please do any thing. my asianet username is TR17858.
