I have taken connection from TIKONA Broadband on 4th Jan 2016.I already made all payment on very same day.Still my internet is giving me problem.I called the customer care service but there automated voice recorder saying “your wait time is 1 minute” from last 20 min.Initially they were saying problem from there backend.Now they are saying they will look into this .This excuses they are giving me from very 1st day.I asked them to refund my money and takeout the connection but they are asking 1 more day.Plan that i have opted(4MBPs),its not giving that.i am unable to loginTIKONA login page.I want my money back.Please help.
