hello,
i am sandeep haldankar, writing this complaint against Tikona Digital Networks for fraud in billing and not disconnecting my account in timely manner and still overcharging me.
I have made several calls this, every time I was given incorrect info about disconnection. Even after paying bills and not using the service tikona is still charging me for bills.
Details.
1. I had to pay 2500 as a security deposit, which I told i will be re-imbursed when I disconnect my a/c.
2. I paid the last bill and stopped using Tikona services even before that, also after immidietly paying the bill, i raised a disconnection request which has not completed till the date.
3. First i was told it takes 10 days to disconnect the a/c, then 30 days on 2nd call, then 45 days on subsequent 3rd call, 4th , 5th and 6th.
4. everytime time i call, i get informed that its in processing but never gets completed
5. even when they have my security deposit, now the are saying that i should pay 835 /- INR as a full and final bill to disconnect the a/c, if not than I will have to pay huge amount.
What kind of responses are these and I feel like I am cheated to the core.
I want an answer to this.
