Location/place: KOLKATA

Name of company/service: RELIANCE ADA

RELIANCE AS USUAL IS CHEATING CONSUMERS BY CHARGING HEAVY BILLS.
I TOOK A NEW RELIANCE 3G DONGLE OF 2 GB DATA PLAN WORTH RS 450.

AS PER THE PLAN MY FIRST BILL CYCLE WAS PLANNED FOR 15 DAYS AND I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED HALF THE AMOUNT.

BUT I WAS CHARGED EXTRA AMOUNT FOR EXTRA UNITS CONSUMED i.e SHOWN AS EXTRA UNITS CONSUMED 3000 UNITS RATHER IN MY COMPUTER MY UNITS HAVEN’T CROSSED THE BASE LIMIT LINE OF 1 GB.

THUS I AM BEING CHEATED BY THIS KIND OF SERVICES.

I WISH TO SEEK HELP.
