Yatra.com made the worst travel booking for an international flight.
I have written the below mail to their HEAD of Customer Service, still no reply.
Is this what we should expect???

Hello Ms. Sonia,
Hope this finds you well.
I had made a booking for my mother to travel to Thailand from Yatra.
Ms. Mansi Gupta & Ms. Bhavya Girdhar, were the two executives from Yatra who were working on this booking.
I had categorically informed Ms. Mansi to have a break between the flights from BKK – HKT of minimum 3 hrs as the VISA had to be arranged on arrival at BKK.
On 21st July i had confirmed her to book PG. 734 / PG. 275 flight. Which gives me a convenient time of 3 hours for getting the VISA done, however the lady issued a ticket for these flights – PG734 / PG 271 on the 25th July evening, which gave the passenger ONLY 1 hour time to avail the VISA at BKK airport.
As soon as this fault in the issue of tickets was noticed by me i called up Bhavya as Ms. Mansi was not reachable. Ms. Bhavya explained to me initially that there has been a mistake from Mansi in booking the tickets, but later tried to pacify me by explaining that the VISA on arrival can be done in an hour through the express counter. Let me HIGHLIGHT one more statement from Ms. Bhavya, which stated that the passenger would not need a VISA in BKK, instead the pax should directly go to HKT airport and get a VISA done.
Despite of all this inconvinience faced, neither of the girls tried to amend the connecting flight option nor did they try contacting me on their own.
Ms. Mansi hasn’t even tried calling me throught the night, but gracefully called me up today morning to check if the passengers journey was fine.
I would want an explanation on to this. I have also written a separate mail to [email protected] , below.
