Name of company/service: tata photon

My tata photon number is 9246347110, as my device was not working since october i have raised the complaint with customer care they told me that it will get resolved after 15 days also the problem was there, then they have sent me a message saying to pay the bill of 1392 for the month of January, at that time also i called customer care and told them the device is not working and asked them to deactive the connection, customer care guy told me that he will raise my issue for deactivation, and in March they i sent me a message to pay the outstanding bill amount of 3720.
