intentively sold Defective product with forging bar code and no exchange

I have bought a pair of shoes from U.S. POLO V3s mall, Laxmi Nagar Delhi showroom 28-07-2014. While wearing it in daytime we have found that they have given us the shoes which differs in color with each other. We have asked the Store Manager to exchange it with other pair, he told that he knew it and has told this before(though he hasn’t) . Moreover the bar code on the article and bill was different. Is this acceptable???? Is he authorised to sell a defective product from a Branded Showroom???? He has no other pair available in that size range. Shall not he provide an alternative way to sort the matter out. Why shall we go for a reputed brand if they are selling defective product knowingly from store.
Customer care call support seems unavailable to be reached from past 3 days.
I request you to sort the matter at the earliest otherwise I have no choice other than going to Consumer court.
