Service Issue – Integrity Issue – Consumer issue

I am really suffering highly by purchasing your Reliance data card, which became dead after 10 days of usage.

I request you to cancell my connection and get refund of my amount of Rs.1400/- on urgent basis.

Secondly I should not get any bill due generated from your end ( Post Paid connection bill of Rs.750/- p.m) from the month of April’2013.

As far as your service center in concern, to replace a data card with new one they seek one month time, which cause to loss of my time as well as money.

Please take a note of all aspect and get me a positive response on urgent basis.

Dear Team,

I purchased a Reliance – 3G 7.2 Mbps Data Card, on dtd. 2nd April 2013.. The same has got dead as per your technical observation. on dtd. 2nd April I had deposited the dead data card with your authorized service center vide Job No – 13041085500012 dtd. 02-April-2013.

Your ZTE service center executive told with will take one month time to get a new data card, since the existing data card has dead.

My concern is that, I should not applicable to pay your prepaid monthly rent for this service issue period ( say month of April 2013). )ZTE Service contact no in jalandhar -0181-5061533)

Please confirm in return mail – not to charge the monthly rent for prepaid data card for the month of April 2013 ( 26th March 2013 to 25th April 2013).

Your service center will submit me the job sheet with date for your record purpose.
