Name of company/service: HDFC STANDARD LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED
I have purchased a life insurance policy in Jan’12, but almost 11 months has been passed away I have not recveied my bond papers. I have requested to company seniors about cancelation policy and refund money. Company seniors said that they have only 30 days locking period after that they will refund the money after 5 yrs. If a company is not providing me my bond papers in 11 months how can I trust that they will take provide me services at the time of requirement. I don’t want to continue this policy further so please help me.
