I m Shailesh Jha Son of Shailendra Jha R/O 237-b D.D.A. Flats Gazipur Delhi-96. I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. two years ago and had it insured from Orien Telecom Services & purchased their extended warranty VCARE PACK. I was having problems with my phone and send it for repairs to the company on 14/8/2014. My extended warranty expires on 2/10/2014 but my phone was send during the warranty period.I have not yet received my phone back and neither was given a substitute phone as mentioned in terms of agreement. I m not even getting proper feedback for the company as to current status of my phone repairs. Its been 2 months approx since i have send my phone for repairs. I m encountering many problems due to lack of phone and request you to look into the matter and take proper actions.
