Insurance Claim

Dear Sir
I, Gaurav Gera s/o late Sh Pawan Singh R/o H.No.228 Sector 4 Gurgaon hereby lodging a complaint against Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. for delaying in payment of Insurance claim of my father’s death who was passed away on 14th jan2011. The Company paid the claim on May end 2012.
The delay cause lots of suffering towards my family and spend lots of our money in travelling to the department during the period. The claim was not at all been received by us due to the department work. We reportd to the Grievance cell and The Ombudsman who at the end took reasonable steps for dealing with the case.
The department Manager and the officer who is dealing with the case always lied to us by giving unacceptable reasons like Lost of File, System not working for 3months ans so many.
This complaint is against the company who have appointed such a staff who are not ready to work at all.
Dear Sir we were in real hardship since my father’s death.
Kindly accept our complaint for misbehaving,delaying in payment of claim,and discmfort provided by the company.
I shall be thankful to you.
