I was apply for the Indraprastha Gas Pipeline connection on October 2012. I had paid Rs. 5000+1000 on dated 03/11/2012.
I got BP No i.e. 4000198303 on 10th November 2012. Six months have passed and IGL has not bothered to install the gas connection. I have spoken to help line customer and they have informed me that the technical person will talk within 2-3 days. This conversation and assurance from the IGL has taken 2 weeks and till date nothing has been done.

Even till date the service is not functional. My repeated requests fell on deaf ears. Every time I called the Customer care at 45195959, someone talked and assured me that within 5 days, my problem will be solved and my connection will be installed/activated. This matter has taken two weeks.
Finally i have taken a decision to file in consumer court for not installing the connection at my house after taking the money.
