I raised an AC Installation request for a Split AC to be installed in Kottayam, Kerala, on 21/04/2016 with Voltas Customer Care (Service Req. No -1604210714 ) & they confirmed that it will be done within 48 hours. I am calling customer care center at Erayilkadavu, Kottayam Town since 23/04/2016 (Calling daily 2-3 times), they said that it will be done today or maximum by tomorrow. But nobody turns up. I’m waiting only one day otherwise I’m going to take legal action against the firm …
