I had ordered a LG refrigeretor, washing machine and Microwave from paytm on dec 30 2016. While purchasing, it was mentioned that the installation will be provided to us free of cost. We purchased the products directly from paytm, but the product was delivered by some third party vendors linked to paytm. As per LG company, they are not liable to provide free installation if the product is purchased online. While checking with paytm regarding this issue, they askedd me to carry out the installation and pay the amount which shall be refunded to my paytm wallet by sharing the appropriate bills. But since that day, they are just asking for 48-78 hrs time, and have not yet resolved the issue. They dont have any specific customer care number to speak to as well.
