Inspite of paying the amount , i haven’t got my Order so far

Name of company/service: Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd

Dear Sir,
I Pre-Booked online T-Pad IS701R through Pantel Technologies Private Limited’s own website on 14-April-2012. And deposited the chq. on 1-June-2012 and got payment clearance confirmation from their customer care.

But so far i haven’t got my order and even inspite of contacting to them via email they dont give me any feedback and their customer care no. always goes busy.

Now i am very disappointed and want to get my money back.

So please help me out to get my money back.
