I have sent a document (containing a Research Proposal) from GPO Kolkata bearing Speed post Consignment No. EW498202266IN to the Director General, Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), V Ramalingaswami Bhawan, New Delhi, Pin 110029 on 25/09/2010 considering the thought the document should reaches the addressee latest by 30/09/2010. However, on 27/01.2011, I have received an e-mail from ICMR, DG office, New Delhi, that they did not receive the documents till date; even the website of India Post is not having any information on its delivery. The documents are very important for research work and there will be irreparable loss in my research career if the document has not reached to The ICMR DG Office, New Delhi- please get back with information both to the undersigned and to the addressee. The letter of the ICMR DG Office is attached here for your Kind consideration.
