Name of company/service: Idea cellular

I am using the postpaid service of Idea under the Closed User Group Plan. I also subscribed for the monthly GPRS 2G data pack of 1GB.
I get the daily update of data consumed which can be 24 to 48 hours old. But in the billing month of July-August,2013 I got the message of reaching the limit value on 7th August,2013 whereas in the bill prepared by the 8th August, 2013 I have been charged for extra volume usage since July 30th,2013.
I request for the justified action.
