I recently bought a 16 gb strontium pen drive from infibeam, it failed within few weeks, i was within the 30 day guarantee they give on their products. They have the worst customer care who have no idea about their except saying contact the service center of the product even if it is in the 30 day guarantee. I registered the complaint with their customer care, they told me they’ll call back which they havent. i called them after 2 days again, they toldthe same thing that they’ll call back which they haven. Infibeam got worst service out there and on top of it i waited for almost 6 minutes to talk to a customer care executive, this is pathetic. these guys are taking consumers for granted.
