Infibeam customer carem fraud

Hello, Sir, Ma’am

I had purchased a Cubic Puzzle from Infibeam about 2months before. The product sent from Infibeam was not the one I ordered because the product sent to me and the product displayed on the Infibeam website were different.

For this I contacted the Infibeam and asked to replace the product as Infibeam has 30 days return policy as well.

After this Infibeam did not replied me after 15 days and said that I have to sent back the product and bare the courier charges, I refused for the courier charges.

After this there was not support or any reply from Infibeam for about 1 month. After one month Infibeam support representative calls me and threatens me that the money will not be returned, after I refused and complained for several day finally, Mr. Ravi Motiramani (Infibeam Customer care manager) calls and assures me about the refund process.

Now after 1 week of assurance, Mr.Ravi gave me 2 GC codes to get discount of 179 Rs on any product I buy from Infibeam. I asked Mr. ravi About returning the my money back but he refused and said we can’t give cash back to customer. Then I asked him to give me the direct discount of 179Rs on my new purchase and sent the product for with free shippind because Infibeam had implemented 60Rs charges on all the sells. ( this was not there when I purchased my product) when I asked them to sent me 179+60Rs coupon for the extra courier charges imposed, He denied to help and now I have lost my 179Rs to Infibeam.

My questions are:
Why Infibeam did not repay me back within 30days of my purchase even though I had returned the product back to them???
Why Infibeam give me GC codes as refund after 40 days when their 30 day return policy is over??
Why customer has to face Infibeam fault. (Mr.Ravi had confirmed that this delay was due to their system technical issues)

I have all the recorded calls as a proof of conversation had with Mr.Ravi.

I request the Pune Consumer Court for Justice.
