With reference to the above subject please be informed that I purchased a Hero make Bicycle on 26.07.2010 from Hero Cycles Dealer, M/s New Lakshmi Cycle & Motor Co., Bentinck Street . Kolkata,700 069, against their Tax Invoice No. 3827 dated 27.10.2010. From the date of purchase onwards the cycle has started giving problems one after another.
As I took up the matter personally with the Dealer, he was only willing to repair the said bicycle which I denied because in the interim period I had spent more than Rs.600/- for the repair of major items like Chain, Pedal, Seat, Break, Handle, etc. which are the integral parts of a Bicycle. Hence my suggestion to him was Just to REPLACE the cycle because with in the short period I suffer a lot of harassment mentally physically Financially and also for vast the time.
From the date of purchase onwards I contact the said dealer and told the matter. with in just one month I change the major parts like chain, pedal Brake Seat etc etc and huge financial loss from purchase of new Cycle. after so many verbal and telephonic and written conversation with the dealer not willing my humble request I approach the HERO CYCLES COMPANY’S HEAD OFFICE. SO many conversation verbally over phone and e mail not get justice from myself. so I approach your goodself to solve the matter. I also upload the copy of conversations with dealer and the HERO CYCLES COMPANY
