I had purchased MICROMAX X-450 mobile from APEX, The Mobile Shoppe 8, Jail Road 24 Devi Ahilya Marg, Indore Mob. No. 9827010000,9893913021,91-731- 2431949 Invoice No.11015 TIN NO: 23451003571 on 4th April 2012. On 8th day its bluetooth lock broke out from its root place because that was too delicate. I went to shop and service centre also immediately but they denied to do anything because of broken piece under warrantee. Also they were taking very much higher charges for replacement of that part. After that mobile have been continuously giving problems like disconnecting its sim and memory card several time, button problem, voice problem in connectivity . Apart from that its sound and camera performance was not upto the mark right from beginning (that was my fault because I checked it at home after purchasing) I went that shop and its service centre 4-5 times by devoting my valuable time without any positive result. They kept my mobile 2-3 days. Shop men is still not ready to even service for that mobile while i have purchased so many other mobiles from his shop earlier and finally reply got from owner that “ I am talking even with you otherwise nobody would talk to you after selling the item ”. So now I am compel to complaint against the company because after all, this is not only matter of broken under warrantee piece but also its an image of company as well as of that reputed shop to give me proper positive solution. So this mobile must be replaced on account of company’s reputation. with a new one. Please tale the action in this regard. Thanks
