Inefficient Videocon customer care center

We bought the Videocon colour TV in March 2009, now we have a colour problem, we can see two waves of Red and Blue colour.I have registered a complaing about my TV on 29th July, till date the technician has not come to my home. Customer care executive said that technician spoke to us twice and we told him that “we dont have time” On 4th and 6th August but it is not true no one called us. On 9th August someone called from Videocon office said the technician will come before 6 in the evening but no one came. Everyday we just call customer care center and they tell us that someone will come and attend the complaint . If Videocon does not want to attend the complaint they have to say so.
It is really disgusting thing for a reputed company like it.

    Hi,

    I bought Videocon mobile last month, within 1 month itself touch screen not working, I gave to Accel Service center at Greams road, Its almost 1 month till now not fixed. I don’t have mobile with me now Can u fix my mobile immediately or give replacement mobile. I don’t have any no. to contact videocon dealer, Pls. give any no. to contact.
