inefficiency of services

my consumer ID is 1016904219. despite many complaints lodges since 6-04-2015, their officers are taking no action to resolve my issue. instead of resolving the issue and compensating, they are asking for recharge the account, though i had sufficient balance on the day for next few days when i got the connectivity issue. today, they hav promised to resolve my issue on 18th. but why 18th, why not today and why not 6th when i lodged my first complaint.
