ineffective and in appropriate service

Dear Sir / Madam,
with utmost pain i am hereby bringing to your kind notice that, i have an Airtel WIFI connection with router (9663157955) which i have been using since 2014, since march end 2017 the service have been inappropriate with continuous disruptions. I have requested Airtel, calling customer care to fix the issue but since March 2017 end to till date they haven’t fixed the issue, every time their representative would tell me that it will be fixed with in 15 days which never happened, every month i used to receive bills, with trust i have paid my bills from April to Sept-2017, even now they are not sure about will they ever fix the issue or not.
the connection is with continued disruptions and sparsely work, for which they agree that there is a network issue. now that i cannot wait for them to resolve taking indefinite time, frustrated, i have requested them to take back the connection and reimburse the bill amount paid through April-2017 to sept-2017 and router charges of 4000/- , i request the elite jury to help me get back my hard earned money with Airtel which i have paid for their in appropriate services for which they have charged me.
