Hi, My order no. with Indiatimes shopping is 3002307450. I made this order after confirmation from the Customer care executive and in the product details on 11th May 2013 to be delivered to my mother on occasion of mothers day on 12th May. Till late 12th May this order was not delivered and I ask the customer care executive to make a complaint on this, but he didn’t and insisted to wait till 12 at night.
Since the product was not delivered to my mother on 12th I again made a complaint and this time, the complaint was resisted with ID: 856518. In the complaint I clearly mentioned that as this hasn’t solve the purpose of mother’s day, please cancel the order and refund me the amount in full. After making this complaint the order was delivered with 2-3 hours.
My issue is that since the order was not delivered as agreed. I would like the full refund of the amount I paid to Indiatimes. Its just disgusting on their part as what they write they do not deliver.
