I have purchased a Rs.2200 Jacket + rs.149 for courier from Indialetsplay.com. I have asked them before purchasing to provide me with the terms and conditions for replacement. They told me hassle free replacement and no where in their terms and condition said that I have to pay for the courier fee separately if there is a replacement. The jacket was too small and I wanted a bigger size. They argued with me over the phone that I will have to pay for courier for the replacement. I had no option then to accept that. After almost two weeks they called me saying that they cannot replace because there is no price tag on the product. I swear by the name of God that I dint even touched anything that was with the jacket. I in fact packed it carefully and returned it with a protective packaging.
this is simply cheating. they are just in an advantage that they are an online retailer and I am far away from them. It doesn’t mean they will do what ever they feel like. I have very little time to solve this because i am not from here. At the moment I am in Kolkata and I purchased it from the retailer who is in Bangalore. Please help me to sort it out. what should I do?
