I had to send some gifts to a friend at Pathankot by Indiacakes.com, on 2nd i paid the entire amount online and booked it for delivery on 3rd.
#rd morning around 8, i recieved a mail stating i need to pay 300Rs more for delivery confirmation, even though the invoice i recieved said Shipping was free.
I tried to cancel the order but was aaid , the order can be cancelled but refund would not be processed as the delivery was the same day.
