i had a call from India Darshan Delhi, and introdced themself to be calling from an government recognised organisation called India Darshan and said that i have been using multiple credit cards genuinely for multiple years without any default i am being provided with the offer where in they promised that under the offer I will be given a free 3 days & 2 night stay at any hotel in India/International wherein they will take care of the room booking cost + breakfast & dinner for 2 adults and 2 childrens. 2) A Watch 3) Most importantly they would be providing a discount card wherein i can use it anywhere for purchase and get an flat discount of 30 percentage on the total purchare value and i repeatedly asked if it is really possible to give 30 percentage of discount on any purchase that to at any retailer very specifically for which the caller said yes and then the caller transferred me to another person and said that they would be from the bank side and would require some card details and any payment would be debited only after a verification in person at my residence until then there would be no transaction and very cleverly they took my card number and bank name and directed me to an IVR setup at the same time and made the payment of rupees 5500/- from my Credit card.

They said there is a one time payment was there, that payment also you can pay when ever you want. Also you can pay from your discount time also. I keep on ask how it possible if I pay from my cr.card, it will reflect my next bill if that is the case I have to pay the payment in due date. But they confusing me all the time and to want to my transaction. Finally they got a payment from me.

Apart from that I sent 599/- DD on the name of AAA India Darshan payable at New Delhi as a processing fee, but they deny that too as they did not receive any DD even though , I sent POD Receipt from Blue Dart.

I sent a hotel room requsition at Colombo from 17th – 19th September very well in advance as they asked for only 30 days for one booking.

I did not get any kind of reply through phone or a mail after my repeated calls to them. When I epeatedly called them for the Room booking, They behave rudely and says there is no rooms available.
I wanted them to cancel my purchase and refund my amount but there is no proper response and solution being given. the tone of the executives is very rude and are unable to answer to my questions on deviations being made on the promises made. I kindly request your expert intervention and help me in this regard and get my hard earned money refunded.
